It will be on display at the end of 2024 in the Geography Museum at the University of Padua, as part of an exhibition of travel books, curated by Gian Paolo Chiari.

Synopsis
Life through the eyes of a flock of chickens. This story took years of observation and 6 weeks to write . It is an accurate account of the life of a chook (Australian for chicken). My book won the Angus & Robertson prize for the best new novel of 1981. It is beautifully illustrated by David Gregson.

In 2009 a musical, Praise the Egg! was directed by Elaine Meder Wilgus, music by Richard Biever, at the State Theater, State College PA, USA
